More than technology.
Clear rules for everyone involved.
RuBI coordinates the baggage journey across participating partners, linking separate flights, digital documents and ground handling events. It is a baggage interline platform, not an airline or a flight booking service.
This is one of the scenarios RuBI supports. Through-transfer availability depends on the specific flights, the transfer airport and procedures agreed by the carriers and ground handlers. Holding two tickets does not, on its own, confirm that the service is available.
On a route with a confirmed through-transfer, there is no need to collect and recheck your baggage. Immigration, customs and pre-flight checks still follow the requirements of the itinerary. The service does not remove these obligations.
Not automatically. Each route goes live only after the participating partners have agreed the technical and operational arrangements. The absence of a conventional interline agreement does not mean baggage handling arrangements are unnecessary.
Disruption procedures and any available protection are governed by the service terms for the specific route. Responsibilities, limitations and the contact procedure must be clear before booking. This website does not promise compensation in every case.
We start by discussing your use case: the partners involved, a pilot route, and the check-in and baggage handling systems. We then agree the integration scope, operating procedures, testing and launch criteria.
Let’s discuss your requirements, define a use case and explore how RuBI can fit into your operations.
